A 23-year-old woman said she met a man in the Carlingview Dr. and Airport Rd. area on June 25 for a photo shoot. She told police she had known the man for a couple years.
She was given a drink that made her feel disoriented, she said, before she was allegedly assaulted.
Shahid Syed, 39, of Ajax has been charged with sexual assault and administering drugs for sex.
The accused runs a photography business called Imaginative Studios under the name Sean Syed.
He's proved to be trapped and all the charges have been dropped by the crown already, I don't think this is appropriate to keep such a news active even after its being proven wrong and the person found to be innocent.
