"Instead of being the happiest day of our lives it's just left a bitter taste in our mouths," she said.
"When you go round to people's houses they always have that photo of the couple standing outside the church on their wedding day. That's all I wanted. We are both absolutely gutted."
Jackie married Adam Sanderson, 30, at St Mary The Virgin Church in Par on May 25. The couple, from St Blazey, had told an aspiring photographer friend that he could take their wedding snaps to help him build up a portfolio of his work.
The memory stick is believed to have gone missing in Lostwithiel, most likely in the Royal Talbot pub. It was inside a wallet in the pocket of a jacket, both of which are also missing.
Mrs Sanderson said the couple had scoured Lostwithiel, putting up posters and talking to anyone they encounter, to try to recover the memory stick.
"There aren't any hard copies; they were the only photos we had," said Mrs Sanderson. "All of our family is absolutely devastated.
"My two sisters were my bridesmaids and I don't have any photos of them either.
"Everyone suggested doing a mock wedding day to take more photos but we can't afford it and it's just not the same."
Photographer Ben Fagan from Lostwithiel, said: "I'm absolutely devastated to have lost my best friends' photos of the best day of their lives. It's on my mind constantly. I thought my wallet was the safest place to put it."
