Win a wedding worth over £10,000

Mid Somerset News & Media is giving couples the chance to win a dream wedding worth more than £10,000.
One lucky couple will win an all expenses paid wedding ceremony, reception and wedding night stay in the bridal suite at the beautiful Holbrook House near Wincanton. The prize includes a wedding breakfast for 50 people, a reception and an evening buffet for 100 at this idyllic English country house hotel, set in 20 acres.
The stunning scenery and breathtaking views will give the winning couple the perfect backdrop for some amazing photographs with which to remember their special day.
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and the bride and groom can be certain that the experienced and talented wedding photographer will capture those special moments.
David Richman, of Really Nice Photography, knows how to take charge but not get in the way. He is passionate about his work and good with people. Being based in Glastonbury, David is familiar with many wedding venues across Somerset.
David said: "I am delighted to be the photographer for the Win a Dream Wedding competition again and look forward to meeting the winners and taking photographs that they can treasure forever.
"I will provide full coverage of the wedding, from the bride getting ready to the first dance. The winners will receive an A4 photo book of the wedding day and their own password protected website to view all their wedding day images.
"Before the wedding, I will prepare a shot list in consultation with the bride and groom to ensure that any special photo requests are known in advance and that they can relax and enjoy themselves without having to think about it on the day.
"But that doesn't restrict me from capturing un-posed and fleeting moments. I shoot a combination of formal and informal images which will evoke happy memories of the day, show the bride and groom at their best and can be passed down from generation to generation."
David is a full member of The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers, a Licentiate of the British Professional Photographers Association (LBPPA) and a Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society (LRPS). For complete peace of mind he has public liability and indemnity insurance as well as being CRB checked.
David's wedding photography is of the highest quality. He can also bring a mobile studio to take portraits in your home, at your business, or in schools.
The bride can be confident that she will look really beautiful in the wedding photos. Wedding hair and make-up specialists Frontline Style of Wells will make sure the bride looks stunning with the help of their experienced hair and make-up stylists.
The bride will be able to choose her dream wedding dress from the fabulous collection at Lacey Grace Bridal, the Wedding Warehouse at Martock and Frederick L Mabb of Yeovil will supply the bridegroom and best man's suits. ABC Weddings of Yeovil will provide three lovely bridesmaids dresses.
A wedding planner from Amazing Weddings will ensure that everything is planned to perfection for the big day, taking the stress out of the preparations for the winning couple.
The bride and groom will be able to choose their rings at Chapelle in Clarks Village and Helen's Celebration Cakes will create a delicious three-tier wedding cake with up to three different flavours to order.
Flowers help set the scene and create a special feel at the reception and the wedding bouquet and floral hair accessories add the finishing touches to a bride's look. The Gilded Lily at Yarlington will create something beautiful for the winners that will enhance both the venue and their outfits.
Local radio presenter and DJ Steve Carpenter will get the party going with a full sound and light show, and the bride and groom will travel in style in a wedding car provided by Vintage Wheels of Catcott.
The venue will be sumptuously decorated by 5 Star Celebrations of Wincanton and cartoonist Wayne Savage will entertain by drawing on-the-spot caricatures of the guests.
The entry form is published in this newspaper on page 32. Couples can also enter via email to: announcements@midsomnews.co.uk or online at www.thisissomerset.co.uk/msswaw2012. The closing date for the competition will be Wednesday, August 22, and entries must be in by noon on that day.
