Local couple stiffed by wedding photographer

Local couple stiffed by wedding photographer

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- June 30, 2012 was important to Kameeka Haynes. She and her husband Sean began a new life together.

"For any woman," said Haynes, "the wedding day is supposed to be the most important day in your life.

It was important enough for them to hire Breon Boger to record the event. Haynes said the wedding photographer came highly recommended.

"Church members recommended him and I saw some of his work and  was just mesmerized," she said.

Haynes said she also liked Boger's personality. The contracted price was $1,495. Haynes said it was paid in full 30 days before the wedding.

"I did not get married in the backyard," she said, "I got married in the Crowne Plaza. This was a big day for me and I wanted to remember it."

But now, almost a year later, Kameeka Haynes has yet to see her wedding pictures.

"I've constantly tried to reach out to Breon," said Haynes. "I've reached out to his brother, our first lady. Everybody has tried to reach out to Breon still we have no pictures."

Boger, the man behind the camera lens, has posted some items on his YouTube page, but he is no where to be found.

"I can't even get the moment, that one day back and I don't have pictures to show from it," said Haynes.

Boger's Media Design business address is 7431 Proxima Road; the  property is now in foreclosure.

Court records show the property was sold to the bank in March, but there are still items from his business on the property.

"I really thought he was a better person than this," said Haynes.

Where is Boger? More importantly where are the Haynes wedding pictures?

Haynes wants her pictures and an apology.

"I wouldn't want any other bride to go thorough this because that is your most important day," said Haynes.

Haynes has a legally binding contract and has the option of suing him in court. She doesn't want a court fight, she wants her pictures.
